Desert Bus in Sonic 1

What is Sonic at its core? A game about jumping and running. So why not create a Sonic hack where you do nothing but jumping and running... for 8 hours straight?
The concept and inspiration were obviously taken from the infamous Desert Bus minigame from Penn & Teller's Smoke and Mirrors. Also, a special shout-out to the annual charity event Desert Bus For Hope, which gave me the motivation to even create this hack.
(There's also a mode that compresses the experience down to 8 minutes. Still ridiculous, but it's a nice meditation exercise.)

But what about 1 hour mode.In all seriousness, I enjoyed this hack, despite dying many times in it from the bottom of the screenn.
